Each fitting conforms to SAE, DIN, BS, JIS, and IS standards, ensuring precision in fitting profile and dimensions. The grease fittings are heat treated according to SAE J534 specifications, achieving a hardness of at least 83 on the Rockwell 15N scale, with a case depth ranging from 0.005" (0.13 mm) to 0.009" (0.23 mm). These steel fittings are coated in yellow zinc, featuring a plating thickness of 0.0002" (5 microns) that complies with SAE J534 specifications and provides a guaranteed salt spray life of over 72 hours against red rust.
