The Groz 45550 is a 115V AC heavy-duty electric oil drum transfer pump designed for transferring bulk oils, hydraulic oils, antifreeze, or antifreeze mixes. The pump features a non-corroding aluminum die-cast pump body and boasts a high horsepower to flow ratio, ensuring adequate power to pump viscous fluids even at low temperatures. It incorporates sintered powder metal gears and a self-priming, positive displacement design. An internal bypass valve is included to manage flow, activating when the discharge pressure exceeds the bypass valve setting. Additionally, it comes with a built-in 2" bung adaptor, allowing for direct mounting onto drums and tanks, and can also be utilized for transferring used oil by fitting a screen onto the suction tube for effective operation.
