Prolube 46232 M10 x 1.0mm metric grease fitting is designed at a 90° angle and is available in a pack of 5. These grease fittings are manufactured to the most stringent quality standards, being TS16949 approved. The fitting profile and dimensions are accurately controlled to conform to SAE, DIN, BS, JIS, and IS standards. They are heat treated to meet SAE J534 specifications, achieving a minimum hardness of 83 on the Rockwell 15N scale, with a case depth ranging from 0.005" (0.13 mm) to 0.009" (0.23 mm). The steel fittings are plated in yellow zinc, with a plating thickness of 0.0002" (5 microns), also in compliance with SAE J534 specifications, and are guaranteed to have a salt spray life of over 72 hours to red rust.
