The ProLube 45415 is a 50:1 ratio air operated grease pump designed for heavy industrial use, making it suitable for factory, workshop, farm, or construction applications, as well as mobile grease systems. This pump operates at a working pressure range of 30 to 150 psi and has a maximum outlet pressure of 7500 psi. It accommodates 25-50 lb./5 gal/20-30 kg pails, featuring a drum cover with a diameter of 12 inches. The follower plate dimensions include an outer diameter of 9.5 inches on the steel end, 11-11/32 inches on the outer diameter of the plate, and an inner diameter of 1.16 inches for the grommet. Both the air inlet and pump outlet connections are 1/4 inch BSP (F)/1/4 inch NPT (F). The pump draws approximately 230 liters of air per minute and can deliver NLGI No. 2 grease at a rate of 1.10 kg (2.42 lbs.) per minute, producing a noise level of 81 dB. It is designed for use with light and self-collapsing grease up to NLGI No. 2.
