Prolube 46201 M6 x 1.0mm metric grease fitting, 45°, is available in a 5 pack. This product is manufactured to the most stringent quality standards, with TS16949 approved manufacturing processes. The fitting profile and dimensions are accurately controlled and conform to SAE, DIN, BS, JIS, and IS standards. The grease fittings are heat treated to SAE J534 specification, ensuring a minimum hardness of 83 on the Rockwell 15N scale, with a case depth ranging from 0.005" (0.13 mm) to 0.009" (0.23 mm). These steel fittings are plated in yellow zinc, featuring a plating thickness of 0.0002" (5 microns) that complies with SAE J534 specification, and they provide a guaranteed salt spray life of over 72 hours to red rust.
