The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a lifting capacity of 1/2 ton and features a 15 ft. lift. It includes an army-type integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom, with a plain trolley (geared also available) that is extremely easy to install. The hoist is equipped with a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection and utilizes a Weston-style braking system for reliable positive load control. Its powder-coated finish offers corrosion protection, while the heat-treated steel gearing ensures high strength and long life through all internal gears and pinions. A chain guide and stripper assure load chain alignment, and the precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined for better chain fit and reduced wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened steel chain made from alloy steel guarantees high strength and longevity. The design allows for minimal maintenance, as it can be easily disassembled without the need for special tools. This hoist meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards and comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Available options include chain containers and Latchlok hooks.
