The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a lifting capacity of 20 tons and a lift height of 20 ft. This hoist features an army-type, integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom and is extremely easy to install. It comes with a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection and utilizes a Weston-style braking system for reliable positive load control. The powder-coated finish offers corrosion protection, while heat-treated steel gearing ensures high strength and longevity of all internal gears and pinions. The hoist includes a chain guide and stripper to assure load chain alignment and a precision 4-pocket lift wheel, which is fully machined to improve chain fit and reduce wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened steel chain made of alloy steel guarantees high strength and a long wear life. The design allows for minimal maintenance, as it can be easily disassembled without the need for special tools. This hoist meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards and carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Optional accessories include chain containers and Latchlok hooks.
