The CM® Columbus McKinnon Bandit ratchet lever hoist has a capacity of 3 tons and a lift of 5 feet, making it the lightest and most compact hoist available. It features the world's first HMI-certified ratchet lever hoist with RFID technology. Its rugged yet lightweight design allows for easy transportation and operation in confined spaces. The easy free chaining feature enables quick take-up and positioning of slack chain, and the design prevents accidental free chaining while under load. The double reduction gearing ensures smooth operation with low handle effort, while the screwed-on comfortable rubber grip provides a secure hold in various environments. The hoist meets ASME B30.21 standards, and its enclosed Weston-type load brake keeps the mechanism clean and dry for reliable load positioning. The upper and lower hooks are equipped with standard forged safety latches for secure load engagement and are bolted on for easy removal and inspection. Each hook features extra wide throat openings for convenient attachment to pick points and can swivel 360° for faster positioning. The impact-resistant stamped steel housing is designed to withstand rigorous use, complemented by a standard powder coat finish on the housing and zinc plating on major components for enhanced corrosion resistance. Additionally, the chain is 100% load tested, ensuring proven chain integrity and corrosion resistance.
