The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a 5 ton capacity and a 15 ft. lift. It features an army-type, integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom, with a geared trolley option available. The hoist is extremely easy to install, and it includes a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection. The Weston-style braking system delivers reliable positive load control, while the powder-coated finish offers corrosion protection. The hoist's internal gears and pinions are made from heat-treated steel, ensuring high strength and longevity. A chain guide and stripper are included to assure load chain alignment, and the precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined for better chain fit and reduced wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened alloy steel load chain assures high strength and long wear life, and the hoist requires minimal maintenance as it can be easily disassembled without special tools. It meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards and comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Available options include chain containers and Latchlok hooks.
