The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a lifting capacity of 1 ton and a 20 ft. lift, featuring an army-type integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom and is extremely easy to install. It includes a geared trolley (plain also available) and a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection. The hoist employs a Weston-style braking system for reliable positive load control and has a powder-coated finish for corrosion protection. Its internal gearing is constructed from heat-treated steel, ensuring high strength and longevity, while the chain guide and stripper assure proper load chain alignment. The precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined for better chain fit and reduced wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened steel chain, made from alloy steel, guarantees high strength and long wear life. The design allows for minimal maintenance, as it can be easily disassembled without the need for special tools. This hoist meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards and comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
