The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist is a robust 3-ton capacity hoist designed for a lift height of 15 ft. This unit features an army-type, integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom and is extremely easy to install. It includes a plain trolley, with geared options also available, along with a standard load limiter for automatic overload protection. The hoist employs a Weston-style braking system, delivering reliable positive load control, and boasts a powder-coated finish for corrosion protection. Its internal components feature heat-treated steel gearing, ensuring high strength and longevity, while a chain guide and stripper maintain proper load chain alignment. The precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined to enhance chain fit, reduce wear, and allow for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened steel chain, made from alloy steel, offers high strength and long wear life, and the hoist requires minimal maintenance due to its easy disassembly without special tools.
