The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a lifting capacity of 1/2 ton and a lift height of 30 ft. It features an army-type integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom, with a geared trolley option also available. The hoist is extremely easy to install and includes a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection. Its braking power relies on a Weston-style braking system that ensures reliable positive load control. With a powder-coated finish for corrosion protection and heat-treated steel gearing, the internal gears and pinions are designed for high strength and long life. The chain guide and stripper assure proper load chain alignment, while the precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined to enhance chain fit and reduce wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened steel chain, made from alloy steel, guarantees high strength and long wear life. The hoist requires minimal maintenance and can be easily disassembled without special tools. It meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards and comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Available options include chain containers and Latchlok hooks.
