The CM Hurricane 360° hand chain hoist features a 1 ton capacity and a 10 ft lift. It is equipped with an army-type integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom, with a plain trolley option available (geared trolley also available). Installation is extremely easy, and the hoist includes a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection. Its Weston-style braking system delivers reliable positive load control, while the powder-coated finish offers corrosion protection. The hoist features heat-treated steel gearing, ensuring high strength and long life for all internal gears and pinions. A chain guide and stripper help assure load chain alignment, and the precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined for better chain fit and reduced wear, allowing for accurate movement of the load chain. The hardened steel chain is made from alloy steel to guarantee high strength and long wear life. The hoist is designed for minimal maintenance, easily disassembled without the need for special tools. It meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards, and comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Available options include chain containers and Latchlok hooks.
