The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a lifting capacity of 1 ton and a lift height of 10 ft. This hoist features an army-type, integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom and includes a geared trolley, with a plain option also available, making installation extremely easy. It is equipped with a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection and utilizes a Weston-style braking system that ensures reliable positive load control. The hoist is finished with a powder coating for corrosion protection and its internal gears and pinions are made of heat-treated steel for enhanced strength and durability. Additional features include a chain guide and stripper to ensure proper load chain alignment, a precision 4-pocket lift wheel for better chain fit and reduced wear, and a hardened alloy steel load chain designed for high strength and long wear life. The hoist requires minimal maintenance, as it can be easily disassembled without the need for special tools. It meets the ASME B30.16 and European CE standards and comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
