The CM Hurricane 360° hand chain hoist has a lifting capacity of 5 tons and a lift height of 15 ft. It features an army-type integrated trolley for ultra-low headroom, with options for plain or geared trolleys that are extremely easy to install. The hoist includes a standard load limiter that provides automatic overload protection, while the Weston-style braking system ensures reliable positive load control. The unit has a powder-coated finish for corrosion protection and is built with heat-treated steel gearing, which enhances the strength and longevity of all internal gears and pinions. A chain guide and stripper are included to assure proper load chain alignment, and the precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined for optimal chain fit and reduced wear, facilitating accurate movement of the load chain.
