The CM Hurricane 360° Hand Chain Hoist has a capacity of 1 ton and features a 15 ft. lift. This hoist includes an army-type integrated trolley that provides ultra-low headroom, with an option for a geared trolley (plain also available) that is extremely easy to install. It is equipped with a standard load limiter for simple, automatic overload protection and a Weston-style braking system that offers reliable positive load control. The powder-coated finish ensures corrosion protection, while all internal gears and pinions are made of heat-treated steel for high strength and longevity. The chain guide and stripper help maintain load chain alignment, and the precision 4-pocket lift wheel is fully machined for better chain fit and reduced wear, allowing for accurate load chain movement. The hardened steel chain, made of alloy steel, guarantees high strength and long wear life, while minimal maintenance is required as the hoist can be easily disassembled without special tools. The hoist meets ASME B30.16 and European CE standards. It comes with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Available options include chain containers and Latchlok hooks.
