The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists are engineered for safety, reliability, and durability, making them ideal for light to medium-duty industrial applications. Each kit includes a patented brake wear indicator that enhances safety by signaling when to replace friction disks, along with industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for convenient rigging. The hooks are designed to stretch slowly to indicate overload situations, thereby increasing job site safety. Additionally, the cast steel safety latches are secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, and the hoists feature a Weston style double pawl brake design that distributes the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear for improved load security. The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists come in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons, with standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, and custom lifts available. They are coated with grade 80 black oxide for enhanced durability, have a needle-bearing design for increased efficiency and smooth operation, and are compactly designed for low headroom applications and confined spaces. This product complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 and HST-3 standards, featuring impact-resistant all-steel construction for additional durability and protection.
