The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists combine safety, reliability, and durability designed for light to medium-duty industrial applications. This kit includes a patented brake wear indicator that enhances safety by signaling when to replace the friction disks, and the option of shipyard hooks to prevent hook stretching due to point or tip loading. Available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons, standard lift options include 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, with custom lifts available upon request. Key features include a Weston style, double pawl brake design that provides greater load security by splitting the load across opposite sides of the ratchet gear; industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging; hooks that slowly stretch to indicate overload situations for increased jobsite safety; cast steel safety latches secured with Allen screws and lock nuts; and a grade 80 black oxide coating for added durability. Additionally, a needle bearing design enhances efficiency and promotes smooth operation, and its compact, lightweight design is ideal for low headroom applications and confined spaces. This product complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 and features HST-3 impact-resistant all-steel construction for added durability and protection.
