The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists combine safety, reliability, and durability, designed for light to medium-duty industrial applications. This kit includes a patented brake wear indicator that enhances safety by signaling when to replace friction disks. The hoists are available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons with standard lift options of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet, with custom lifts also available. Key features include a Weston style, double pawl brake design that splits the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear for greater load security, industrial-rated alloy steel hooks that rotate 360 degrees for easy rigging, and hooks that stretch slowly to indicate an overload situation, thus increasing jobsite safety. Cast steel safety latches are secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, and the hoists are grade 80 black oxide coated for added durability. A needle bearing design enhances efficiency and promotes smooth operation. The compact design allows for use in low headroom applications and confined areas. This product complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 and HST-3 impact-resistant all-steel construction for added durability and protection.
