The JET® JLP-A series lever hoists are engineered for safety, reliability, and durability in light to medium-duty industrial applications. This kit includes a lever hoist available in capacities ranging from 1 ton to 6 tons, with standard lifts of 5, 10, 15, and 20 feet; custom lifts are also available. The lever hoist features a patented brake wear indicator that enhances safety by signaling when the friction disks need replacement, as well as Weston style, double pawl brake design that splits the load to opposite sides of the ratchet gear for improved load security. Industrial rated alloy steel hooks capable of rotating 360 degrees provide versatile rigging options, and the hooks are designed to stretch gradually to indicate an overload situation, promoting jobsite safety. Additionally, cast steel safety latches are secured with Allen screws and lock nuts, ensuring reliability. The hoist is finished with a Grade 80 black oxide coating for added durability, and its needle bearing design enhances efficiency and smooth operation. Its compact design allows for use in low headroom applications and confined areas. This product complies with ANSI / ASME B30.21 and HST-3 impact resistant all steel construction standards for enhanced durability and protection.
