The AC gearmotor with a parallel shaft is rated at 1/15 HP, operates at 142 RPM, and features a gear ratio of 12 to 1, with an overhung load capacity of 180 pounds and a full load torque of 24 lb. in. This gearmotor is equipped with a totally enclosed non-ventilated (TENV) enclosure, a 31 frame, and operates on a voltage of 208-230V with three-phase power, drawing 0.4 nameplate amps. The motor is designed for continuous duty in general purpose applications and features an exclusive Inverter Rated Insulation System (IRIS) for enhanced protection against voltage spikes caused by variable frequency drives. It includes double shielded ball bearings and a steel conduit box as standard. Coated with high gloss hardened black enamel paint, the gearmotor is designed to withstand high temperatures with Class F insulation to prevent overheating when using a PWM inverter, allowing operation down to a 10:1 speed range from the printed output RPM.
