Grade XX Garolite is composed of a paper base impregnated with a phenolic resin binder, offering good electric strength properties along with fair mechanical strength. This material is outstanding for use as template material or backup material. The kit includes a sheet of Garolite with dimensions of 24 inches by 48 inches and a thickness of 0.125 inches. It features a density of 1.55 g/cm³, a dielectric strength of 600 volts/mil, and a thermal conductivity of 0.25 W/mK. Additionally, the Garolite is compliant with ASTM D5948 and has certifications for UL 94 V-0.
