Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and are pre-filled with mineral oil. They come with a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The reducers are available in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) configurations, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
