Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and come pre-filled with mineral oil. They feature a 2-year warranty, ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, and precision ground gears to ensure improved rotation and quieter operation. The reducers are offered in three mounting styles: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are available.
