Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are offered in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce noise during operation. The speed reducers are available in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, both single shaft and double shaft output kits are offered for versatility in installation.
