Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors across box sizes 37-97, with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are equipped with ball bearings on both input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears, ensuring improved rotation and quieter operation. Available mounting styles include foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Additionally, there are options for single shaft and double shaft output kits, and all units have a 2-year warranty.
