Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for use with 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors and are available in box sizes 37-97, offering speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. The speed reducers are backed by a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, and precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and reduce noise. These units can be configured in foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN) styles, with options for single shaft and double shaft output kits.
