Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are available in box sizes 37-97 to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors in speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. The units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, come pre-filled with mineral oil, and include a 2-year warranty. Key features comprise ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operating noise. The speed reducers can be configured in several mounting styles: foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN). Options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are also available.
