Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. The reducers include a 2-year warranty and are equipped with ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. They are available in various mounting styles, including foot-mounted (KHN), torque arm mounted (KAN), or B5/B14 flange mounted (KAN), and offer single shaft and double shaft output kits.
