Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation and ensure quieter operation. The KAN style units come standard with B14 mounting, while additional options include torque arm mounts and B5 flange mounts, which are available as separate accessories. Furthermore, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be purchased separately.
