Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to support 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes 37-97 and offering speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, pre-filled with mineral oil and accompanied by a 2-year warranty. Key features include ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and minimize operational noise. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be acquired as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to accommodate various applications.
