Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, available in box sizes ranging from 37 to 97 with speed ratios from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit features NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and comes pre-filled with mineral oil. The reducers have a two-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to ensure improved rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts can be acquired as separate accessories. Additionally, options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are available.
