Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, featuring speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units are equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, are pre-filled with mineral oil, and include a 2-year warranty. Key features consist of ball bearings on both input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears to enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is supplied with B14 mounting as standard, while options for torque arm mounts and B5 flange mounts are available separately. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be provided as options.
