Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, featuring speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units incorporate NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty and include special features such as ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The Kan style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are offered as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available, providing further customization options to meet various application needs.
