Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed to accommodate box sizes ranging from 37 to 97, supporting NEMA frame motors from 1/4 HP to 30 HP with speed ratios between 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and come pre-filled with mineral oil. They include a 2-year warranty for added assurance. Key features consist of ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that promote enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, with options for torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts available as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be purchased separately, providing versatile configuration options.
