Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed for box sizes 37-97, accommodating 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors with speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. These units feature NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, are pre-filled with mineral oil, and are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key attributes include ball bearings on both input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears for enhanced rotation and quieter operation. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are offered as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits are available to meet various application requirements.
