Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are designed in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, featuring speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. Each unit is equipped with NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores. These reducers come pre-filled with mineral oil and include a 2-year warranty. Notable features comprise ball bearings on both input and output shafts, along with precision ground gears that enhance rotation efficiency and reduce operational noise. The Kan style is supplied with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are available as optional accessories. Additionally, options for single shaft and double shaft output kits are provided.
