Cast-iron, helical bevel speed reducers are offered in box sizes 37-97 to accommodate 1/4 HP to 30 HP NEMA frame motors, featuring speed ratios ranging from 5:1 to 120:1. The units include NEMA motor quill style input flanges and standard hollow output bores, and they come pre-filled with mineral oil. They are backed by a 2-year warranty. Key features consist of ball bearings on both the input and output shafts, as well as precision ground gears that enhance rotation and reduce operational noise. The KAN style is equipped with B14 mounting as standard, while torque arm mount and B5 flange mounts are available as separate accessories. Additionally, single shaft and double shaft output kits can be procured to meet specific application needs.
