The Accucold ARG1PV Pharma-Vac Performance Series is a compact vaccine refrigerator with a glass door, boasting a capacity of 1 cu.ft. Designed specifically for pharmacy, medication, and vaccine applications in compliance with CDC/VFC guidelines, this all-refrigerator features an adjustable temperature control range from +2 to +8°C. The microprocessor temperature controller is positioned externally to minimize door openings, aiding in the protection of stored contents from ambient temperatures. It employs a buffered temperature probe encased in a glycol-filled bottle for accurate simulation of the stored product's temperature, complemented by an additional air temperature sensor for enhanced control. The unit displays current and min/max temperatures in Celsius or Fahrenheit to the nearest tenth of a degree, and is equipped with audible and visual alarms for temperature deviations, power failures, door openings, and sensor failures. Additionally, it includes remote alarm contacts and a 1/2" probe port for extra monitoring devices. The refrigerator features adjustable cycle defrost operation to prevent temperature spikes, optimized forced air cooling for excellent temperature stability, and adjustable plastic-coated wire shelves that can be repositioned at 1/2" increments.
