Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The series includes actions available as 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves feature port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch with NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports, all operating at a maximum pressure of 145 PSI. The valves are designed to function effectively within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F, utilizing durable NBR seals. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
