Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The kit includes the valve, solenoid, and connector, with options for all common voltages from 12VDC to 220VAC. Available actions are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes are offered in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. The valves are designed to operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. These valves feature durable NBR seals that operate within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
