Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves are designed for high-quality control solutions for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. They are available in common voltages ranging from 12VDC to 220VAC and come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. The series offers action types of 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 valves, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes accommodate 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves can operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, requiring 14.5 PSI of baseline pressure for bistable valves and 29 PSI for monostable valves. The durable NBR seals enable operation within a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
