Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves offer a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations, featuring actions available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the latter provided in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves support port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. They operate efficiently at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI and are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees F, thanks to durable NBR seals. The body of the valves is made from anodized and painted aluminum, and the spool is constructed of chemical nickel plated steel.
