Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves are designed for efficient control of pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. They feature port sizes in 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. These valves can function at a working pressure of up to 145 psi and are equipped with durable NBR seals that enable operation in temperature ranges from 14 to 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made from chemical nickel plated steel.
