Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The actions available are 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3, with the latter offered in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, supporting flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves operate at a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI. Durable NBR seals allow the valves to function effectively between temperatures of 14 to 140 degrees F. The body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool consists of chemical nickel-plated steel.
