Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves offer a robust control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The valves are available in 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option featuring closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, providing versatility in application. The flow rates are 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports, all operating under a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI. The valves are designed to function effectively in temperature ranges from 14 to 140 degrees F, thanks to durable NBR seals. The body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, complemented by a spool made of chemical nickel plated steel.
