Aignep USA's 01VL series pneumatic hand-actuated lever valves provide a high-quality control solution for pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. The series includes options for 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 valve actions, with the 5/3 models available in closed, pressure, and open centers. The valves come with port sizes of 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads. Flow rates are rated at 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. All valves are designed to operate under a maximum working pressure of 145 PSI, and feature durable NBR seals that allow for operation in a temperature range of 14 - 140 degrees F. The valve body is constructed from anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is made of chemical nickel-plated steel.
