The kit includes bottle top filters designed with easy-to-read molded graduations marks, bold printed membrane details, and pore size for straightforward identification. Its curved bottle design enhances handling ease, and each filter features a printed lot number and expiration date on the bottle top. The filters are equipped with improved support for faster flow rates and an angled hose barb adapter that fits three hose diameters while preventing tipping. Constructed with a polyethersulfone (PES) membrane, these filters offer high flow properties and low binding, making the 0.22 µm PES membrane an ideal choice for sterile filtration of cell culture media. The bottle top filters are compatible with CELLTREAT® solution bottles and other standard 45mm threaded solution storage bottles, but do not include solution bottles. Additionally, the large diameter filter design promotes increased flow and minimizes clogging.
