The kit includes filters molded in polypropylene housings that provide a reliable seal without the use of adhesives, featuring a female Luer-lock inlet and a male Luer slip outlet. These filters are color-coded by membrane type for easy identification and come in convenient bulk packaging. The PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) hydrophobic membrane boasts excellent temperature resistance, making it suitable for degassing and clarifying aqueous samples as well as strong acid and alkali solvent filtration.
