Aignep USA's 01VS series pneumatic solenoid pilot valves provide a high-quality control solution for your pneumatic cylinders, components, and operations. Offered in all common voltages from 12VDC up through 220VAC, these valves come in convenient combo packages that include the valve, solenoid, and connector. Available actions include 3/2, 5/2, and 5/3 configurations, with the 5/3 option available in closed, pressure, and open centers. Port sizes include 1/8, 1/4, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSPP threads, with flow rates of 740 NL/min for 1/8" ports, 1200 NL/min for 1/4" ports, and 5000 NL/min for 1/2" ports. The valves operate up to a working pressure of 145 psi, with 14.5 psi of baseline pressure required for bistable valves and 29 psi for monostable valve actuation. The durable NBR seals allow for operation between 14 - 140 degrees F, and the body is made of anodized and painted aluminum, while the spool is constructed from chemical nickel plated steel.
